Software Download

iSolutions provides access to a range of software applications that are intended to be installed on personal systems only.

Conditions of use are governed by a range of licenses that have been arranged between the software suppliers and the University.

Terms and Conditions

• Software made available through this service must not be used for commercial purposes. It is only for course work and academic research relating to University of Southampton activities.
• The software available on this download site is intended for installation on personal machines ONLY.
• If you have a University supplied device (i.e. with an asset tag label of UOS-nnnn or ISS-nnnn) please look for the required software under Start > All Programs or using the Additional Software icon. If you still cannot locate the required software, or you have further queries, please contact ServiceLine.

I agree that my usage of any software downloaded from this site is subject to the following conditions:

1. I will ensure that all the requirements of the agreements or contracts under which the software is held by the University of Southampton will be maintained (copies of the relevant agreements or contracts may be seen by application to iSolutions).
2. I will not remove or alter the Copyright Statement on any copies of the software used by me.
3. I will ensure the security and confidentiality of any copy released to me, and will not make any further copies from it, or knowingly permit others to do so.
4. I will use the software only for purposes defined in the Agreement, and only on computer systems covered by the Agreement.
5. I will not incorporate a modified version of the software in any program written by me without express permission of the licensor.
6. I will not reverse engineer or decompile the software, or attempt to do so without such permission explicitly being permitted within the terms of the Agreement for the use of the software.
7. I will delete all copies of the software when my contract finishes at the University of Southampton.

In making this agreement I realise that the University of Southampton reserves its right to take legal action against individuals who cause it to be involved in legal proceedings as a result of violation of its licensing agreements.
